Hold on to this position for about 20-30 seconds and repeat for about 5-10 times, twice a day. The second one is a prayer stretch wherein you have to put your palms together in front of the under, just right under your chin. Keep your palms together; lower your hands towards the waist, stopping when you feel a mild stretch under forearms. Hold for about 20 seconds and do it again four times. The third one can be done by placing your hand on the table with palm facing up and then start touching the pinky finger to the thumb. Repeat this in order with each finger and do the cycle 20 times.
The fourth one is done by placing your forearm on thigh, making a light fist. Rotate your wrist. Repeat doing this full circle rotation 20 times in each direction.
